Identify Forms
The Identify Forms tool is used to identify form fields in documents:

The Identify Forms tool uses four tool actions:
1. 
Choose Input Files - the tool prompts for source documents.
2. 
Identify Forms - form data from the documents is exported.
3. 
Save Documents - the updated documents are saved.
4. 
Show Files - the file that contains the exported form data is highlighted in its folder.
Click actions to view customizable parameters. Additionally, please note that the Clone Tool feature can be used to clone this tool and then add/remove actions from the Tool Actions Sequence.
