Comments Tools
The Comments tools are used to edit and manipulate the comments of input documents:
Delete All Comments deletes comments of all formats from input documents.
Delete Markup Annotations deletes markup annotations from input documents.
Export Comments exports comments from input documents.
Flatten Comments and Fields flattens comments and form fields in input documents.
Import Comments imports comments into input documents.
Summarize Comments creates a summary of the comments in input documents.
Note that the Clone Tool and Create Tool features can be used to enhance the functionality of existing tools/create new tools in order to meet complex requirements.
